With many notifications coming to a user’s phone daily, it is my prerogative to ensure that an audience is captivated in a matter of one sentence with the essential information. While a user is in an app, we must keep them with the appropriate call to action. I directed the messaging, surveys, and gamification within the app to get users to spend more time in the app. Therefore, we’ve been able to collect more data to use to improve the app and elicit better, more tailored content.
